Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
I thought the houses were very traditional which added a fantasy touch to the hostel. The location is really close to town and to (cheap) shops which makes it very convenient to stay there ! The staff is really welcoming and there are plenty of activities organised in the evenings ! Great experience to be there!
Probably one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. Really clean, great facilities and very central. Added bonus was that we were given our own room despite booking beds in the dormitory. Plus they have a very cute dog called Burger.
Great location and hostel, good social vibe and Robin’s northern lights tour was fantastic, I would absolutely stay again!
Good price for Tromsø.
Need your own padlock for storage lockers and the rooms don’t have a lock (only the door to the outside which is locked at night) but as a solo female I felt very safe.
Standard hostel in terms of beds/rooms, nothing fancy but everything you need.
