Very friendly staff. They let me leave half of my stuff there before going trekking. Place is nice and clean with a lovely bar and delicious breakfast. I would highly recomend this place 🙏

Amazing social hostel experience... I stayed close to 2 weeks and I was happy to be able to call it home. The staff was super nice and friendly. Free breakfast every morning was awesome and the bunks were good.

I had a wonderful stay at Good Day Backpacker. The owners are absolutely lovely, and so are their daughters. I was offered some delicious tea several times, which I really appreciated. My room was simple but had everything I needed. It was located upstairs, with access to a shared balcony that had a table, perfect for working online while being surrounded by nature. It was peaceful and quiet, just the way I like it. The location is also ideal: only a 15-minute walk from Lakeside, but far enough to feel like you’re in the countryside. It was just perfect for me. The owners are also working on opening a café, so soon you’ll be able to enjoy breakfast and coffee there — such a great idea! :)
