Best hostel hands down I’ve been to. They have a blow dryer and a hair straightener in the girls bathroom which I’ve never seen before and it’s super nice ! Everything was clean and calm and the location is great ! Big kitchen with everything you need and a dining area. Staff was wonderful!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave us a short tour around the place (bar, kitchen, hot tub, etc.) and explained how everything works plus gave us useful tips about things to do in Rotorua, where to eat and similar. The room is quite nice too, has everything you need, much better than what we expected. Location of the Crash palace is excellent, would definitely come back if I find myself in Rotorua again!

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. The beds are very private and comfortable. They have usb plugs for charging and the location is very nice as well. I do not have any complaints.

The hostel is in a very convenient location just a few block from the bus station. I liked the beds as they are on the floor, no top bunks. The room is very spacious with lots of windows for goo ventilation. There is a large well equipped kitchen and a laundry room on site. As with all hostels I stayed in while in New Zealand, nothing is complimentary. No coffee, sugar, soap powder, towel or anything. You will pay a premium for any of these items.
