Very friendly staff, even if I arrived in the middle of the night. They had fresh sheets ready for me. Very comfortable bed. Good bathrooms. The only downside is the location, ( it could be more central ) other than that, excellent

Breakfast was great, there were a lot of vegan options. The room was cosy and there was a nice lounge area.

The staff was really nice. We had a late check-in and the staff really took care that we knew how to get to our room. We got an SMS and they even called us to explain everything. They were super nice whenever we saw someone during our stay. The room was spacious enough with enough outlets and comfortable beds. We liked that the breakfast is served in different a room, so you can still choose to make your own breakfast in the kitchen. The kitchen is big enough for a few people to cook at the same time. There is a good tram connection to the city centre and even a direct connection to the port.
