The hotel is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed and the breakfast was the best we’ve seen in Thailand. The staff are always smiling and extremely helpful. Both me and my mom were very happy staying here. We would definetly stay here again when we visit Phuket.

I loved the fact it’s very clean and is a spacious place with comfortable large bed (even though it’s single). Friendly staff- always helped me whenever I needed something and booked me cabs and activities. the breakfast is really nice as well!

1.Room was clean and comfy. 2. There is a shower room and toilet inside which make it very convenient for me 😁. ( I booked bunk bed and most of the hostel I've been there is no toilet in the room) even share toilet was clean. 3. Free fresh coffee, seasonal fruit and some cookies. 4. House keeping will touch up your bed everyday with new towel+ small bottle of water. 5.Very close by to Phuket old town just by walk around 4-7 mins. 6. Limelight shopping mall is just 1 mins walk and you can enjoy local food and buy some groceries. 7. Price was good if compared with what you've got.

Very good and affordable place to stay. Little bit further away from the city but still easy to get to. The beds were really comfortable so it was easy to fall asleep. There is no private showers so keep that in mind if that isn't to your liking. The rooms have good AC so you don't sweat the whole night.

    We are on a world tour and this was by far the cleanest and most organized hostel we stayed in. Our room, toilet, bathroom, and corridors were extremely clean. We started the day with a wonderful smell of cleanliness every day. The staff was very helpful, always smiling and warm-hearted. We loved this place. We even extended it for 1 more day and didn't want to leave. Definitely choose it. Rabbitel Phuket is a clean, safe and quiet place.

    This is the best hostel in Phuket in the old town. I highly recommend for solo travelers. Nearby there are streets for walking and a bus station. It is very comfortable.

    The location was perfect .. a short walk to the main cool Old Town streets. The staff were helpful and courteous. The facilities were great including a pool, beer fridge, book swap, kitchen. I had a room to myself which was well equipped although the stairs up to the loft bed were very step .. needed to be very careful going up and down. A really good hostel catering for both backpacker and older traveller which I am one. Felt safe and comfortable there.

    Great location as it was really close to the shops and cafes. Hostel itself was really nice and felt super safe. Clean and comfy beds and nice shower and toilet area which never felt busy. A cafe fronts the hostel and it’s really nice, the staff were great and have pictures giving recommendations for Phuket. One staff member was super helpful, writing an allergy card in Thai that we’ve used across Thailand.

    One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Extremely clean, quiet, and in the middle of old Phuket town. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Though the stay is the cheapest I've had in Thailand, it came with breakfast and they even gave a souvenir. Would highly recommend.
