It is on one floor with 7 available rooms, each with their own toilet. Laundry service is also available and the host manages all this wis his lovely wife alone!

MalaysiaVery Large and comfortable rooms with heating and air conditioning. Clean bathroom and shower with very hot water. Fridge, electric kettle, microwave, utensils provided. Tea provided. Nice outdoor area for seating. Good WiFi. Very good and friendly people who are very kind and helpful with everything Yunus and Dilmura. Yunus is available on WhatsApp for anything you need. Dilmura is constantly cleaning, she's lovely.

Wonderful cosy family guesthouse to explore the Fergana valley from, taking the best elements of a nice hostel (shared books etc.) but with hotel-style rooms. Elsiva, his wife (and new daughter) are incredibly helpful and genuine. They keep the place very clean and despite not mentioning it in the description often provide a simple but tasty and filling breakfast when available free of charge.

Really amazing owners- what kind, lovely people! Mr Samson the cat is awesome! Lovely clean room. Great location. Fantastic place to stay.

The best budget stay in small city like fergana. Staff is very helpful and even provided the free breakfast. I highly recommend for a short stays.

Everything perfect like WiFi,free drink water, kitchen,garden, room, air-conditioned and all things is good. Supermarket is just 50 meter from hostel, city centre 1.5 km you can walk easy.

Elsevar was an exemplary host. It was by far our favorite place to stay in all of Uzbekistan. If you want the glamour of a five star hotel it might not meet your expectations but what you'll find here is a family run guest house that's clean and comfortable. The location is safe and central. Beds were comfortable and all amenities worked. Elsevar speaks excellent English and was a great source of knowledge about the Fergana Valley. 10/10.
