Nice hostel, really nice staff. Kind of party but crowd was quite young when we were there. Pub crawls every night at 10.30 pm. Room is cheap but in Cat Ba town you can get even cheaper. They have a pool/table football table and a swimming pool. Every night free beer is great.

My stay at Woodstock Jungle Camp was excellent. From the first moment, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff, always attentive to my every need. The place exudes tranquility, surrounded by mountains, ideal for resting or reconnecting. Access is very easy, even by motorbike. The cabin I stayed in exceeded my expectations: comfortable, clean, and with impeccable facilities. The restaurant's food was also a huge plus: everything I tried was delicious. Without a doubt, this is a place I would choose again. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic and relaxing experience in Cat Ba.

An incredible place to socialize. Might be the best hostel on the island. They have many events like live music, jam sessions, quiz nights, cooking classes. The staff is helpful. I recommend you to eat a hamburger from the restaurant.

I really enjoyed staying at The One hostel. They offer very tasty breakfasts, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, I enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi and various activities organized by the hostel, such as quizzes and yoga classes. The hostel also has video games and a pool table, and I saw many travelers doing that, which is also nice, and makes the stay a memorable experience.

Location is very good. It is right at water front with good water and square views. Dorm bed is very big. Spacious. I especially like the reading light and the bright light. In addition, I like the hooks for hanging up towels, glasses and some small items. It also has a locket and shellvies nearby your pillow. They are useful. Bonus point: they provide complimentary breakfast each morning. Shower and toilet are in each dorm. It is convenient at night.
