The staff were unbelievably kind and really went above and beyond. I had the flu when I arrived at this hostel and they gave me cold medicine and checked on me throughout my stay. The breakfast was great with a full plate of fruit and a little yogurt as well as a choice of eggs or pancakes. The location is beautiful and really relaxing, they have bikes that you can use to cycle around, it’s also really close to the Trang an boats and the views are lovely. I’ve seen some reviews saying they couldn’t get a grab but I did twice to get to Tam Coc with absolutely no issues. I stayed in the private room which was lovely, unbelievable value for the price. They provide bottles of water daily which is a nice touch, and daily housekeeping, even turning down the bed, which I didn’t expect.

Our best homestay in Vietnam! Thiem and his family are so welcoming, friendly and lovely - they really care about making us feel at home, always there to help with smile, full of good advice and kind attentions. The location was also ideal, close to many places to visit, the room comfortable and the food delicious! Scooter available at a great price. The lady and the man here were so so nice, we had problem with the geyser and they fixed in 30 mins and everything worked fine. They helped us get the bus and waited and dropped us to the bus stand, helped us with the laundry and also were providing us warm clothes as it was a bit cold and our clothes were for laundry. Best Location and stay in Ninh Binh.
