Our stay here was great! There's always someone at the lobby greeting us whenever we leave or return for the day. Room comes with shampoo and bar soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. The owner, Tuong helped us with the booking of the bus to our next destination too! He also recommended us a contact for motorbike rental during our days in Sapa. We had a good view from our room, seeing the town colorfully lit at night from above.

The place is cozy and comfortable and clean. The staff are genuinely nice, thank you to Luan and Van (hope I got their names right). They were so kind to give me advice were to do my shopping to get the best deal, places to visit and help me carry my luggage up to my room as there is no lift. Basic things were also provided like hair dryer and toiletries.

The lady who owned the hostel was really lovely we communicated through google translate when we needed to. She had two cute kitties as well. The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.

Ideal location, staff were nice & helpful. Room was as described. Lovely restaurant also nearby of Nhà hàng Ngư Ông ( Sapa Emotion restaurant).

Very helpful and kind staff. Friendly dog too. Nice heated blanket on the bed and a hot shower. Good value for money.
