I had a wonderful stay at Hello Sapa Hotel. Mia was incredibly kind and helpful, she welcomed us earlier than the standard check-in time and even upgraded us to a larger room on the top floor at no extra charge. She also assisted with booking tickets and recommended some great places to visit. I highly recommend this hotel👌 the service was incredible. The lady who owned the hostel was really lovely we communicated through google translate when we needed to. She had two cute kitties as well. The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.
