At the hostel, all rooms are fitted with a patio. Nice people and a honest hostel. In Argentina, many hostels attempt to deceive tourists by applying an exchange rate that's far higher than a current rate to earn more money in peso terms. Basically a rip off. But as I recall, this hostel was one of the few that didn't do it to me and I really appreciate it because I know how rare it is especially in Argentina. And I am saying this after having traveled from south to north of the country. Breakfast presentation (display of the food) was cute, too. They also served a bit of freshly squeezed orange juice, just a little bit in portion, but again, it's super rare to find a hostel that does this in Argentina.

Just 3 blocks from Tilcara’s main square, this hotel features heated country-style accommodation overlooking the Hills of Tilcara. It offers free WiFi access in public areas and a daily buffet breakfast. Antigua Tilcara received the Traveller Choice 2014 award from Trip Advisor. The staff were flexible, welcoming, helpful, friendly and simply awesome. The views from the dining area were spectacular and the interior design simply beautiful. Not sure I can fault 😁
