The staff was very welcoming and helpful, gave good advice. I missed while booking that breakfast is included and they informed me about it, which was great. The breakfast was also really good with pancakes, orange juice and some PBJ sandwiches. The locations is really good as it is close to the tram station and overall downtown area.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and very nicely equipped. The main gathering areas were comfortable and had everything you need. The staff were very welcoming as well. Lots of parking! Directions given were great as it is out of GPS range and made it super easy to find. I would definitely stay again.
