Very warm, they make you feel comfortable from the first moment. The spaces were always available, clean, and accessible. The rooms were quiet and spacious. Communication with the managers was always pleasant, and they were very helpful with any questions, including where to eat or what to visit. The activities and tours they organize are also enjoyable; they helped make my stay in Barcelona the best. I felt very safe leaving my belongings here. I will definitely stay here again if I return to the city.

Louis was very warm and welcoming, a real pleasure to deal with; the ‘absolute silence’ rule in the dorm - such a peaceful experience! ; comfortable bed and extra pillows in the dorm; the privacy of the beds with their curtains; the cleanliness of the entire hostel; the lovely courtyard and pool; last, but not least,….the coffee machine!!, being able to go downstairs in my jammies when I woke up and have a coffee in silence in a comfortable armchair, was a real treat. Housed in a Art Nouveau building and placed in one of the best locations in Barcelona for travelers, our goal is to make guests feel at home. If you find a place, don't miss it. We stayed in a historic building. It was very beautiful. The staff is both friendly and professional. They try very hard to make you happy. The location is very good. We did not use it but there is a common kitchen for your use. Breakfast is very varied and there are different surprises for every day. I have stayed in many luxury hotels and never felt as good and special as I did here.

Set in Igualada, Cal Maco Alberg i centre de visitants has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, a tour desk and luggage storage for guests. This hostal is more like a hotel. Modern, clean and beautiful. I have stayed in many hostels or albergues as they are called in Spain when I was doing Camino de Santiago. None of them was as good as this one. Super great value for money. And I was in a room for six by myself. Totally unexpected. The staff are great too. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!!!!!
