The staff is very friendly, they have some snacks for breakfast and usually organize free dinners. I stayed in women’s room with en-suite bathroom; I was worried that it will be dirty, but no, it was clean during my whole stay (3 days), given that the room was full. Totally recommend this hostel!

We had a couple of welcome mini bottles of wine and chocolate (free) and a gift for when we left. The staff was very nice and present 24/7. The position was optimal, very close to Puerta del sol and perfect to reach by foot every important location. Even tho we were very central the room was quiet and we had a perfect stay.

There’s a kitchen with cold water and free coffee with lactose-free milk options for all. On top of it all, it is the most affordable hostel in Madrid that I found.
