I was warmly welcomed by the lady, she nicely showed me my room and helped me with the luggage. The location is good, near to the Central Park and the local market. It's quite big property, my room view has river in the front, I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here for one night, to visit Vardzia the next day. Very friendly hostess. Decent breakfast - included homemade pancakes. Place was clean and tidy. Highlight was the driver that the hostess introduced to us, and who drove us to Vardzia. Max knew English, taught us a bit of Georgian and made us feel very safe with his driving. An all-round great guy and an excellent professional.

I loved staying here. Great value for money- clean, great location, comfortable. The hosts/owners of this hotel are incredible. They were so hospitable and there's a restaurant attached to the hotel. The food (including the breakfast which was included in the booking) was delicious.

Great location (a bit out of city's center though), safe and just accross the castle - nice views at night! The room was great, cozy and breakfast basic butkept as full for a while. The host super nice and kind and the reason to consider reserving my stay here again
