Location is great too, close to Fira bus stop, so can freely get around anywhere. The hot tub looked nice too although I didn't have time to use it.

The staff is very nice . I arrived very late and they left me codes and instructions so I could get in. This is a great location, close to the port and the breakfast at the cafe around the corner was delicious.

They clean the bathroom as soon as you have finished your shower. They change your bed if you stay al little while without you needing to ask. It’s so good! They have put AC now in the rooms. The workers are always welcoming and are here if you have any questions/need some help/advice! I definitely recommend this hostel!!

My daughter forgot her purse with money and Niko sent us the money right away with no complaints, so he deserves 10 Stars!!!! All in all, very great vibes at this place, would come back if I go to Chania again )

The room had everything we needed and the bunk beds were a nice touch. To top it off, we were next to the bus stop and all the things we wanted to go to. Amazing location
