The staff were extremely friendly, helped us book the Ijen tour and transfer to Ubud both of which went very smoothly. Would stay here again.

Recently they got a new pet a cute chicken that lost its way haha. Absolutely recommended and we look forward to come back soon❤️❤️❤️lots of love
