The property is close to several well-known attractions, 1.5 km from The City Hall, 1.8 km from Connolly Train Station and 1.5 km from Dublin Castle. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. My friend and I recently stayed here for St. Patrick's Day and we had an incredible stay. everything was within walking distance, about 10mins to the main areas of town and maybe 15-20mins to the temple bar which was great not having to pay for transportation. The hostel is easily right off the main bus line which makes getting to and from the airport convenient and affordable. The reception stay we met was so kind, gave us tons of recommendations, and allowed us to keep our bags there when we first got to Dublin since check-in wasn't ready yet, and after we checked out so we could enjoy our day without lugging bags with us. The room was huge, we stayed in a 6-bed all-girls dorm, and the beds had tons of privacy with curtains, our outlets, lights, and a mini stand for stuff. The drawers for storing our stuff were small, for a backpack perfect but anything much bigger would be a struggle. The womens washroom was HUGE, lots of showers, stalls, and mirros with counter space. Was not noisy at all, never heard people in the hallway or anyone being loud ever which was shocking since it was a busy weekend for the city. Overall very happy with our stay, and will try to stay here again next time we visit Dublin.

Once you get through the busy reception it's a haven of peace and tranquility and spacious everywhere. Have some patience, staff is great. Brazillian hub. Thank you for the great shower. For €1,90 you can buy gloves, bleach and sponges in the Lidl if you want a spa experience for €20. But the place is clean enough everywhere. Book 3 nights during weekdays for less then €60 for calm. But even in a busy weekend it's still calm. It's a gem through a little Dublin Soho in a grand historic street a 2 minute walk from O Connel Street.

Great location for town, we got upgraded from a private twin room with a shared bathroom to a private 4 bed dorm with an en-suite. The room was clean, beds comfy and the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was good, just toast, cold meat, cheese, fruit, salad and soup but a great addition to the already cheap stay.
Ashfield Hostel by far the best hostel I have ever been to. A perfect place for backpackers, great environment, excellent hospitality and most importantly outstanding location.
Really nice hotel room, great location and fantastic value for money. It's the only hotel where I've been asked to leave a deposit which was a bit strange, felt a bit like a hostel in that way. Now, the sound proofing between rooms isn't that great but you cannot hear the traffic outside despite it being on a busy road. Overall, I loved the room and had a nice stay right on Temple Bar.
Most central, no problems, safe, clean, had all I needed for short cheap stay
Staff were super friendly and approachable and met some really great people here. A very social hostel with daily events like walking tours, pub quizzes, and bar crawls. Curtains and lights at every bed and a full length mirror in the room. Breakfast was simple (cereal, toast, some cold meat, and cheese) but free. Great location to explore from and felt safe walking back at night. Also very easy to get the airport bus to and fro.
Extremely nice hostel for the price paid. The beds were more private than at many hostels; there is only one curtain at the front and walls on all other sides. You don't have to bring your own lock; they're built into the lockers. Bathroom was clean. Location is probably the biggest plus since it is only a few minutes walk from the city center. If you're looking for a cheap stay in Dublin I would highly recommend this.
Best feature: Great location. Lovely staff. Breakfast (included) was so much more than I expected. I have stayed in so many hostels worldwide, never seen such. Although rooms are smaller, beds were all comfortable. They provide everything. Abbey Court is in top 3 hostels of my list. Thanks a lot for making our days in Dublin easy. By the way, just an advice, there’s an irish pub nearby. Cheaper than many places in the center, but delicious with huge portions.
Very friendly and helpful staff, the “sleeping pods” create some privacy that is missing in traditional bunk beds / hostels. Great job, guys!! Highly recommended if u need/wish to stay for a bit in Dublin on a comparatively low budget!!! 💚
It was honestly the best hostel in dublin, clean, great staff, helpful and one of the cheapest in town
The price for ireland was very cheap, but it is not really the best hostel, that i see, little bit old something and its a Party Area and some people in the room, they had not so many Respect for the other people in the Rom (so loud in the night and let the door open/ but the Staff, Do what i can Do).
