We were initially hesitant about staying at a hostel but it was actually great. The bunk beds were clean and comfy. The staff was nice and helpful. It would have been great if there was a hook in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. But otherwise, good stay. There are lockers to store your luggage safely as well.

The property is situated in a very quiet part of Florence. If you like to walk, it is the perfect hostel for you as it is a good 20 minute walk from the centre. It has complete facilities for both work, leisure and long stay. It has a coworking space, a bar and pool, and locker storage/laundry facility. Best for backpackers, students, and people on a budget looking for a cheap accomodation.

This is the most beautifully designed, well kept, fun and in general - best hostel in Florence. The price is good for the standards of the city, which means that anything cheaper won’t be worth the money. Apart from that, there is a free welcome drink and lots of other free goodies during your stay. However, the kindness, the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff is priceless. This all results with a great social connection between all the guests. I highly recommend it!

It was very nice for a hostel. I was expecting bunk beds but everyone had single beds and there were only two other beds in my room (plus two in a loft above), one of which was empty. The staff were very helpful and the location was great. I would definitely reccommend to anyone looking for cheap accommodation.

I can definitely say that it is one of the best hostel I have stayed in. Staff are friendly, helpful and very fluent in English, they offered free welcome drink. The security of the rooms is provided with encrypted entrances. Although it is a dormitory for 10 people, they divided the room and reduced the complexity. Moreover, there is a very clean bathroom in the room. If you are planning to visit Florence, you can choose this hostel with peace in mind.

It's a crazy little hostel, with friendly staff. I was in room 46 which was excellent. It was a six bed dorm, with its own ensuite (which had a window - not all the rooms have bathrooms with windows) with a view out onto the little courtyards from both windows. It was quiet, comfortable and felt safe. Spacious lockers with keys were assigned to each bed. I liked all the wacky art everywhere, and the location was excellent - minutes from the train station and attractions. Cheap water and soft drinks available at reception.
