Beautiful contemporary room with essence of heritage building. Great location, near the main shopping street. Beautiful windows, clean bed and specious and blight bathroom. Storage (with charge) at shop next door. Quick reply and great communication through WhatsApp. Very friendly staff ♥️ We loved everything about stay at Lucca!

Lovely place! Great location (8 min walk to amphitheater) secure/ safe reserved parking, newly decorated rooms and catered to all of ours needs! Staff were lovely and very helpful, and the breakfast was yummy!

Great location, handy for railway station, lovely friendly welcome by reception staff. Room is compact but I would expect that in a city hotel but absolutely wasn't an issue. Nice breakfast choices and fresh coffee made to order. Good strong shower in bathroom which I like. Hotel has a free snack/drink bar in the reception area which was a nice touch. I also liked the fact there is no extra charges for WiFi, bicycle use, and use of jacuzzi on terrace, and use of safe in the room, a lot of hotels would charge extra for these.

Wonderful stay with safe parking, great location, spotlessly clean and comfy beds. What made it special was the generosity and kindness of the hosts. We enjoyed the surrounding beautiful rose garden. The Italian breakfast with excellent coffee was also a highlight. We would return without a doubt. Thank you very much Costanza and parents
