The common area was little, only accommodating 6ppl at a time. We mingled 1 night out of the 4 that we were there so I’m not sure if that is enough space usually — it was enough for the 1 night that we did. The hostel is very clean. I think the staff clean every day. The surrounding area is very quiet which is nice.

Our stay at the hotel was more than enjoyable. The venue was quirky and laid back, as were the lovely people working there and the whole of Chioggia itself. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It is an excellent choice for families on a budget or groups of young people who want a nice, clean and amicable place to stay in the picturesque old city rather than the characterless beach hotels in Sottomarina. Parking behind the hotel is a great addition. Breakfast was very good with loads of choices. We were travelling with a 6 months old baby and this place was an excellent choice for us. We would like to come back and would definitely recommend it

This was a great find: a single room with AC, with breakfast, shared bathroom (it was a really nice bathroom and I never had to wait to use it). The staff were so nice and helpful and moved things around so I could extend one more night. The breakfast was a really nice mix of food options and they had coffee and water available all day. The building was beautiful and is a good location that was tucked away in the canals and is only a short walk to st marks square and other main attractions.

Rooms and dormitories at the Garda Lake Hostel come with tiled floors. Some have a private bathroom. I spent a lovely time in Garda lake Hostel. The place was clean and in very good locations.

This hostel offers a shared terrace and rooms and beds in mixed dormitories, both with shared bathrooms. Definitely recommended! It is close to the Venice bus/train station (walkable). Silvia and her colleagues were kind and helpful although I was late to arrive for check in. Eateries are right outside the door, so the hassle of looking for food right after you reach is saved. It has a terrace which is open all night - a good place to chill and meet other travellers. Overall really affordable, good location and very kind staff.
