Everything was amazing . Most of the staff was welcoming ‼️ hats off to Ashaney , Daniel & Nitini for making our stay a time to remember. They deserve the upmost respect 💯 we felt sooo much comfort being around them they made sure we had a great time they looked out for our safety & they made sure we was well taken cared of . Those are the people that made the Riu experience what it was for us .

Breakfast: nothing great ti speak about. However the location within the city limits is great. Surrounding properties negative impact. Need some cosmetic face-lift. Front desk/security is lacking energy and enthusiasm. Lobby area dull and unattractive that gives a cheap sense of feeling.

Great location and situated within a gated community. Loved the pool too

The property was awesome and friendly and safe. It had honestly met my every expectation.

fantastic breakfast, great location especially mini mart and beach, excellent staff including reception, restaurant, security, maintenance and cleaning along with management - quiet - everyone really helpful and friendly. You can bring in whatever you want especially red wine - therefore everyone got a good tip when we left.

Great location for staying in Ocho Rios and travelling further afield. Safe and secure location with on site security. Quiet. Very large and comfortable bed. Good views from balcony. Pee was a pleasant and friendly host. Entry was easy but only by virtue of being able to obtain WIFI connection from outside the front door. Appartment was spacious enough for two particularly as we were out all day and several evenings. Free onsite parking.
