I stayed in a single room, which was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing experience. The restrooms and shower facilities were clean and well-maintained, and to top it off, there was even an open-air bath. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe my travel fatigue. This is a place I would love to return to as a base for exploring Asuke.

Location was great, 5 min to the beach, 12-15 min to the port and about 18 min to the station, but there is a bus stop near by that goes to the station. You can see mt. Fuji on a clear day on the street where the guesthouse is. Very special place, I would like to stay again.

The size of the hostel also allows for more deep connections with other guests. The owner is wonderful and always has a huge smile 😊

The place was clean and beautiful Japanese style house with tatami. The hostel was right next to the train station, that is a huge bonus for us when we overslept and almost kissed the train. We definitely will come again in the future.

The duvet and bedsheets are so nice that I just want to sleep in longer ~ It’s obvious that the owner has given careful thoughts on how to make the guests’ stay more comfortable- the powder room has large mirror, chairs and one lamp per seat to assist your makeup :) Location is great too - just a few minutes from the train station (north exit!) and the bus station to anywhere you need to go.
