Great location for visiting Polonnaruwa. Really helpful staff and lovely to have a pool to cool down in after our tour of the ancient city.

The family running the business is very kind and welcoming. The structure is relatively new and the common spaces are tidy. The view from the terrace used for breakfast is beautiful (looking onto rice fields). The breakfast is good, abundant and cheap.

Great location! Was very relaxing and quiet for a therapeutic getaway(: The customer service from reception was great. They went above and beyond to explain things to us as we were not from the area.

It's a great location next to the lake and easy access to Polonaruwa historical sites by vehicle/bike. Even saw elephants just outside the fence. Very friendly and helpful staff that were absolute delight.

Great location - an easy cycle ride to the ancient city and a couple of places to eat. Close to a tank with great views across to the national park. Great breakfast and evening meal. Lovely hosts. Good value.
