Coffee and tea are free all day. Location is 20 mins walk to the city center but taxi is cheap and available. There is a supermarket 3 mins walk. Magdalena the owner is a wonderful helpful, welcoming and well knowledge woman. She spent long time with me giving me loads of information about Montenegro and balkans that helps my movie. And tried to help me adjust my travel plans. I had a rich conversation with Magdalena and her husband, they are very well knowledge and helpful.

The stuff was very kind and helpful - he helped me to book taxi to the airport in advance in the early morning. Keep in mind that taxi drivers in Monte Negro start working only from 7 a.m., so my case was exceptional. I didn't know that but still got lucky to take taxi for my 7:30 a. m. flight. The room was clean, wi-fi worked, there were bathroom kits, but no bottled water. I stayed on Sunday, so nearest supermarket was closed and I walked a little more to the closest gas station to buy some food and water. It was a perfect place for one night rest until my next flight.
