Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. Watching the sunset from the property was phenomenal as was the sunrise the following morning. The balcony walk begins right at the property and hence we were the first ones on the trail. Sadly there are only 3 rooms and I expect soon it will be difficult to get a reservation once word gets out how wonderful it is.

The units will provide guests with a toaster. Beautiful accommodation surrounded by date palms with a very relaxed rooftop space. Clean large rooms with very very comfortable beds and great showers. The host was very friendly and always had tea, coffee and dates ready! It was easy to drive up to Jebel Shams during the day.

Muscat International Airport is 226 km away. The owners worked really hard to make the place picturesque, which works so well with the great views of the mountains. The apartment is comfortable and well kept, and the facilities are quite nice (common kitchen accessible 24/7 is well equipped). The breakfast was served at another place just a short walk from the apartment and was good (it was a typical Omani breakfast).
