The family that owns the place live in the same building, so the maintenance issues are resolved quickly. They sometimes do their own family dinners and evening events where guests are usually invited to join in. Hostel has backup generators and Starlink internet, so in the event of power outage, you still have electricity and internet.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The facility is very aesthetic and very useful. Love the beachfront view and the place to chill.

I have to say that is one of the nicest hostels I styled. The common area made my time here. As DM I will add that the internet works very well and if you use esim like Airalo just in case when electricity is out the reception is super!

The place is well-kept and clean, with cozy rooms that make it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. The staff (Pao and Sam) are warm and accommodating, always ready to help, and the location is perfect for enjoying the quiet side of the island while still being close to what you need. A real hidden gem up north in Burgos!

Guest rooms at the hostel are equipped with a shared bathroom and bed linen. It’s nice that the hostel is located directly within the community there! Many kids playing in front of the hostel and it makes them super happy if you join them, very heart warming. The beach is also just 3min walk away and the stuff is super friendly and helpful! Recommend staying there :)

I specifically requested a quiet room during my booking, and I’m so glad to say that Sudla Siargao Hostel exceeded my expectations! The room was not only peaceful but also very cozy, which allowed me to unwind after a full day of island adventures. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to get a good night's sleep, something that’s always important to me when traveling. Even though the hostel is centrally located the noise level was minimal, and I felt like I had my own little retreat. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. They were always there when I needed something but never intrusive. I also really appreciated the hostel’s clean and well-maintained rooms, fresh linens, and convenient services like motorbike rentals. The location is ideal, being just a short walk to everything you need, but the quiet room was a perfect balance for both relaxation and exploration. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who values peace and comfort in a prime location! Camiguin Airport is 14 km from the property. Place was nice and comfortable. The kitchen is free to use so I could make coffee in the morning. The owner is nice and easy going. The wifi is surprisingly very good

They helped with arranging transport from and to the airport and also arranged motorbike for me to use to go around the island. Their restaurant in the location serves great food and great atmosphere. On the nights, the area was very peaceful, and I was able to get a good night sleep. Also very close to the beach, mini-shops, cafés and walkable distance.

Super loved that our room is right in front of the pool. The staff were very accommodating and the shared space is always so welcoming and inviting. They have on-site motorcycle and e-bike rentals. Which is pretty convenient especially that the roads are sort of narrow and unpaved in Siargao. It is a quick 10 mins to the Tourism Road and nearest bank.
