Everything was clean. The big cozy rooftop is a Godsend in the Philippines. Best one I've seen since Manila 4 months ago. Sadly the bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.....but the rooftop is open for BYO....so that the fridge and microwave in the room came in handy, since I arrived on a Monday, especially since the 7 eleven just down the road doesn't sell beer. Free hot and cold water and coffee on the rooftop. Excellent WiFi everywhere.
