It is dog-friendly, close to the forest from one side and Sienkiewicz house museum right opposite the horse farm from another. As it was a bank holiday and their buffet was closed till noon, however the owner organized for us a very tasty breakfast in the hall. The house for the guests and apartments are clean and modern with a big hall and some space for a kitchen and beautiful view outside, we found table games and were able to make tea and coffee any time. As a family we placed in 2 rooms with a separate bathroom for us only that is much more comfortable than just a "hostel" but priced as a hostel. We found it to be the best place in the countryside that we visited in this area.

There's a kettle, cups and teas (also herbal and fruit) There's a tv with Netflix, though we didn't end up using it
