Thanks to the bikes provided by Helena and her family you are at the Savica Waterfall, Vogle Cable car, Mostnica Gorge etc. in no time. During our stay everything was cleaned on a regular basis and the kitchen is well equiped. Helena even let us store our luggage free of charge for 48h while we were on a mountain hut hike. Offering rooms of various sizes, Hostel Pod Voglom provides bed linen and towels for every room. Some rooms feature private balconies. I am very glad that I booked this hostel for my stay. At first I was scared when I looked at the bad reviews. Yes it is a building that needs some renovation but it’s nothing absurd. I rarely write reviews like this one but I felt like I had to. The hostel is clean, there is no bad smell in the dorms like the reviews say. It’s good that it has some outdoors activities. I highly recommend renting a bike and doing a hike or a tour around the lake. The staff was very helpful with me - by advising the best buses I should take to my next destination. The room that I stayed in had an awesome view of the lake. Breakfast is simple but it’s good for the price. The restaurant they have serve good food for dinner at a fair price.
