All rooms will provide guests with a fridge. I loved Pakping, and had a really good stay. The people that work there are so nice, not just Paul and Koki, but also the cleaning lady (that I don't remember the name of, but I think it starts with P). It's a great place to meet people, and I felt very at home there. Location wise I liked it, it's not the most central place, but if you don't mind walking a little bit or using grab it's great. It's quiet at night, so no trouble getting a good night's sleep. Also you can book different tours through the hostel, so no need to book through others before you arrive, but if you have a specific tour in mind you might want to send them a message and ask if there are available spots (especially in high season I presume). For me there is no other hostel to go to in Chiang Mai, I'll be back.

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the old town. The owner is very kind. I arrived early, and to make things easier for me, he made some adjustments and allowed me to check in earlier. If there is anything he can do to help you, he will. He also gives great recommendations for nearby places and attractions. The hotel has everything you need: a safe, a hairdryer, an air conditioning system, a TV, and a small balcony. It’s clean, and most importantly, there are no mosquitoes in the room. The staff is amazing.

There are also dorms just for women. Upstairs is the female floor. Downstairs is male floor. Met lovely travelers there. Very social! I’ll be back in chiang mai in 2 weeks and will definitely go back to chizas hostel!
