Superb value for money. Small room but very comfortable and clean. Budget yet modern feel. Bathroom all good. AC all good. I stayed here to attend a nearby out of town festival. Was pretty much perfect.

We wanted a cheap hotel between the 2 airports in Bangkok and simultaneously close to dream world as we had one day to spare. I don't think we could have chosen better. Clean, comfy, cheap, quiet. Restaurants and shops right out on the main street 100 m away. Nice helpful staff.

Short drive from the amazing Wat Phra Dhammakaya temple. It's pretty basic but functional student style accommodation. Nice cheap dining area downstairs who made us vegetarian food. We also were looked after well for vegetarian food at the Swan Lake restaurant a short walk away. Fridge in room and tv with USB port, plus a large bench was handy. Quiet. They left water outside our door for us when we opted not to have the room cleaned. Lift in building.
