A new apartment with modern finishing that overlooks the largest park in JVC- great for kids where they can play in the play area & adults can go for runs/ walk. The building is pet friendly and you can take your pets too :-) The space The living area and the bed room is bright with wall sized windows , allowing natural light. The wide Balcony can be accessed from the bedroom and the living room. A workstation is kept in case your need to catch up with your work requirements. A Curved OLED smart TV screen 55’ is placed in the living room with access to Netflix, Amazon, OSN for your leisure. Kitchen: The spacious Kitchen is fully Equipped with all kitchen appliances - oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dishes etc…. Oh! you don’t like cooking? There is a Turkish restaurant in the same building. The famous FIVE hotel which is next to the building has nice restaurants and a pub too. You can also order online as 700 restaurants deliver to this location. A grocery store( open 24 hours ) is 2 mins away. Bed room: The Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Kingsize bed with high quality linens, pillows, bed cover, electronic safe and an amazing dresser.
