The fine print
The hotel reserves the right to perform pre-authorization on the credit card provided, for an amount equivalent to first night rate including the taxes.
A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Property have pre-authorized the amount based on the policy equal to 01 night room charges AED: 1304.80/- net instead of purchase.
In case if the guest may cancel their booking as per the cancellation policy we shall unblock the amount accordingly.
