Upgraded private apartments with sea view located in the heart of JBR, Rimal 4 building, home to countless restaurants, shops, cinemas, and leisure attractions. Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, and kid's play area. Residents will have direct access to the beach. Important: To ensure the security of our properties and compliance with short-term rental regulations, we require all guests to complete an independent verification process. Before your booking begins, you will receive an email and/or text message from our partner, Truvi, with instructions on how to complete this verification. During the verification process, you will have the option to buy a non-refundable Damage Waiver (USD 55 per stay) as an alternative to a traditional refundable Security Deposit. This Damage Waiver provides coverage against accidental damages to the apartment during your stay. If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will be required to pay a Security Deposit in cash or credit card (debit cards are not accepted) at check-in, before you can access the apartment. The standard deposit amounts are as follows: AED 1500 – Studio apartment AED 2000 – 1 Bedroom apartment AED 2500 – 2 Bedroom apartment AED 3000 – 3 Bedroom apartment AED 4000 – 4 Bedroom apartment
