The fine print
Please note that all guests will be charged with an amount of AED 100 refundable deposit upon check-in.
The hotel has the right to pre-authorize the credit card once the booking is made.
Please note that it is mandatory to present the physical credit card used to make the reservation upon check in. If the physical credit card is not available, guests will have to pay by cash for the total cost of the stay.

Nonrefundable reservation requires full payment upon confirming the booking.
