Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment 5 minutes from the corniche. Recently renovated for a truly unique experience. Close to major road networks to Dubai and taxi rank just outside the building. With major supermarkets, pharmacies and cafes just outside, and ATM machine on the ground floor. Gym, Pool and children's play area located in the same building. Looking to experience the cultural side of the UAE? Stay here for easy access to Ajman, Sharjah, & Umm- al Quwain.

Busy central location with Nesto supermarket on the ground floor and cafes, shops, medical centers and pharmacies. The building also ha s a gym and pool as well as a play and activities centre for children. It is 5 minutes walk from the famous Ajman Corniche, and many attractions in the cultural city of Sharjah and Ajman are a quick trip away in a taxi.
