The apartment offers a spacious open plan dining and sitting area with satellite TV, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Dubai. Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket, multiple supermarkets within 10-minute walk. Please note that guests are required to provide their address, email address, and passport copies for all members of the booking at least 24 hours prior to check-in; failure to do so will result to inability to check in. Please note that lost keys or key cards will incur a charge of AED 1,000 along with an additional AED 500 call-out fee for door opening and the cost of key replacement. Additionally, the apartment is strictly non-smoking, and violations will result in a penalty of AED 2,500.
