Our vacation home is located in the heart of Ajman Corniche overlooking the Arabian Sea. There is absolutely no chance of you getting lost as the location is easily accessible just located in the main road, Umaid Bin Rashed Al-Nuami Street, Al Rumailah 1 neighbourhood. To be more more specific, the skyscraper is called Ajman Corniche Residence equipped with a five star lobby, swimming pool as well as fitness centre and not to miss the amazing ocean view from throughout the property. It's beyond your usual beach view from the balcony. You can enjoy the panaromic views of the Arabian Gulf from both the bedrooms and the living room with the balcony. Both the bedrooms are fully equipped with king size beds, built in closet, wardrobes with mirror and air-condition . Besides, you will get to enjoy free Wifi, fully equipped kitchen and indoor parking facilities. Our property is only 20 kms away from Sharjah International Airport and also 25 kms away from Dubai International Airport.

Ajman Corniche is a well-established area with an access to a free public beach that offers an array of water sports and other activities, such as, fishing and camel riding. This beach is open for 24 hours and is fully equipped with changing rooms. In addition, the lifeguards are patrolling the beach 24/7. This neighborhood is bustling with various homegrown restaurants, chic cafes, and a number of fast-food chains. You can find supermarkets and gift shops nearby. Besides, big stores like, Centrepoint & Karakeeb is just in walking distance. Besides the coastline and the sandy beaches, you can enjoy the outdoors by visiting several park, like, Al Fisht Park. Other attractions are also in close proximity, such as, the Ajman Museum, Al Zorah Golf Club, UAE Pygmy Zoo, Ajman Marina Promenade, Marsa Ajman. Just a few meters away is the Holiday Beach Club, which is popular amongst locals and tourists. In case you’re looking to unwind with a group of friends, you can hit Al Roof Restaurant and Cafe, Level 1, one of the best places for Shisha.
