The fine print
Please note that as per UAE law, guests are required to present a valid UAE ID or valid passport upon check-in.
Please note that due to payment procedures, debit cards cannot be used at the time of booking. You must use a valid credit card at the time of booking. Debit cards can only be used upon arrival at the property. An additional deposit will be required upon check-in to cover incidental charges.
Please note that Yas WaterWorld’s Ladies Exclusive Event is every Friday from 1pm to 10pm, with admission restricted to female guests and staff only; boys aged 8 and under may attend, accompanied by valid government identification.
For all flexible and semi-flexible bookings that do not require an advance deposit, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card validation and pre-authorization of the value of the first night’s stay. Validation is required to be made 14 days prior to arrival date. In the event of cancelations or no show, the card will be charged based on the cancellation policy mentioned in your booking.
