We, David and Alison, fell in love with Antigua soon after having our first child, but it was 30 years later that we fulfilled our dream by purchasing Pelican Rise. Based in the UK, we frequently visit to enjoy the villa and ensure it’s perfectly prepared for guests. We hope you feel at home and make the most of Antigua’s stunning beaches and warm weather. Pelican Rise is situated in Paradise View with panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea. ☀️ 4 minute drive to Dickenson Bay - voted the best beach in Antigua by USA Today (and 7th best in the whole Caribbean) ☀️ 8 minute drive to St John’s - Antigua’s charming capital brimming with history and unique boutique shops ☀️ 5 minute drive to top local restaurants such as Weatherills, Casa Roots, and Salt Plage, as well as nearby supermarkets. Jenny, our in-country manager, is here to make your journey to the villa seamless. She can arrange a 15-minute taxi transfer from the airport, where a rental car will be ready at the villa. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to arrange your own car hire, rentals are available at the airport. Jenny will reach out before your stay to help plan the best option for you.
