Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cool off by the pool after a fun day on the beach and enjoy beautiful views of the Ionian Sea from the balcony. The villa is located in the heart of Green Coast Resort & Residences, a new premium resort in Palase - one of the most picturesque places on the Albanian Riviera, characterised by its crystal turquoise waters and lush green hills. Stroll through the resort's beachfront promenade for a variety of beach bars and restaurants. LIVING ROOM Located on the ground floor, the living room is spacious in size and is flooded with natural daylight. The room features big sliding doors that open into the patio and pool area. KITCHEN A modern and open space kitchen that comes fully-equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including a kettle, a toaster, an oven and hobs. BEDROOMS The villa has three double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The master bedroom found on the first floor has a balcony overlooking the resort and Ionian Sea, where you can enjoy beautiful sunset views.
Green Coast Resort and Residences is strategically located in Palasa at Caesar's Beach. The area is right next to the national park of Llogara. Its surrounding areas offer a variety of historic sites and natural attractions, from the unspoiled beaches of the lonian coast and the spectacular peaks of the Albanian Alps, to monasteries and medieval castles. The villa is situated in close proximity from the beach, only a few min walk. Buggy car transport for moving around the resort is also available.
