Exclusive offer of a brand-new apartment only 50 metres from the beach. 4 persons will comfortable live in the apartment, but it can be used by 6 persons. It has 2 bedrooms (in each there is a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm), there is also 1 living room with a sofa for 2 people: 140 cm x 180 cm. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower corner and washing machine. There is also fully equipped kitchenette and free wifi. From each room there is access to a nice and spacy terrace. View is to the street. Parking is possible right in front of the apartment and it’s for free but in summer it is difficult to park there because there are a lot of cars. In this case guests can park under the building, there is a parking, but it is paid. In June 2023 it costed 5 euros per one car per day. Attention - the swimming pool does not belong to the apartment. It is a part of Hotel Vivas. Guests can use the swimming pool, but it is paid. In July 2023 the fee to enter the swimming pool was 15 euros per 1 day per 1 person.
