Located near the Center of Vlora, on the main street, close to the main square, Pavaresia Square, close to the touristic attractions like Mosque, close to the main public institutions like Polyclinic of Medical Specialities, Court , Theatre , Municipality and importantly to the sea. The apartmanent has all the facilities for families , pairs of group of friends too.
