Located in one of the most secured area in Tirana (right after the U.S. Embassy), 10 minutes walk from Skanderbeg Square in Tirana center, 3 minutes walk from both Air Albania Stadium and the entrance of Tirana Lake, as well as 5 minutes walk from Nënë Tereza Square, our apartment is the right choice for security, comfort and a place to feel like home. We offer you a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, blender, fridge, a dining table as well as all other equipment needed in a kitchen. Bedroom with a 43" Samsung Smart TV with Netflix included, A/C, a wardrobe, working desk with a 23 inch monitor HP included with the cables to use and a beautiful view from the balcony. FOR ALL THE SMOKERS : You can use balcony to drink cigarettes because we do not allow it inside. Consider before booking, there is no elevator, and the apartment is located on the fourth floor.
My name is Alger, I'm a 23 year old software developer from Tirana. What I like the most, well except computers and coding, football and I'm a big fan of it. Also traveling and discovering new places. This apartment is made for people who want to feel like you are in home, so for all the time you will be in Tirana, my number will be available 24/7 for every problem you may have in/out of the apartment.
You will fall in love with this place, you may heard that Tirana is a bit noisy, but I promise you this place is not. Neighborhood is really quiet at night and during the day as it is lets say 200-300 meters from the main road. There are a lot of supermarkets near, places and restaurants where you can eat, ATM and banks, private hospital is 100meters away and if you have a car there is a private parking just 50 meters from the apartment. Entrance to Lake of Tirana is really close as well as Air Albania Stadium for events (you will be able to hear the music or the fans from the balcony of the apartment).
