Each apartment is unique in colors and furnishing. However, they all share in common the view of the sea. The apartments are located near the beach and few steps from the city bus stop as well as few steps from the interurban bus terminal, which makes it perfect for travelers as well as families that want to enjoy the beach and get around town. The property is part of a Rotondo Complex that includes a shopping center, which makes it possible for guests to find anything from supermarkets to clothing stores just within 30 meters. The property is recently renovated and refurnished with the latest equipment to offer the best experience. The Wi-Fi is strong to accommodate guests who are planning to stay for a longer period but also guests that work remotely.
I am Klea. I will be assisting guests and also proving small tours around the city of Durres for guests. I love being able to shows the magic and wonder of Durres, so that others can see Durres in my point of view.
The neighborhood is very calm, and has all the necessary amenities. In front of the building is located a police station, which keeps the neighborhood safe. In the same building, the guests can find a supermarket, a clothing store, a pharmacy, exchange offices, bars, restaurants and different traveling and insurance agencies. The guests can cross the road and find themselves on the Tropikal Resort that offers a outdoor swimming pool and breathtaking private beach. The neighborhood is composed mostly of tourists, especially during summer months.
