Bral Apartments are located on the beachfront in Durres. The apartments have a balcony/windows with Sea View. The apartments are on the 6th floor (with elevator) and is fully furnished, with very good and contemporary conditions. The apartments have a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Also, the apartments have complete kitchen with all cooking equipment, air-conditioned, WiFi, Wifi TV, parking, etc. Animals are not allowed at home. It is located 3 minutes walking from the sea. It’s very quiet place and area. You can hear the sea breeze at the night, smell the fresh trees surrounding at the area, and relax in the comfortable/modern furnishing. The apartment has a wide space where you can feel in the right place/your home. It is one of the most desirable areas, because it is near to the sea, trees area and access to move easily. The apartment is located in an easily accessible by car, taxi and public transport to Durres city center, port of Durres, airport, Tirana city and other cities. Nearest destinations: - in the center of Durres (7 km) - Port of Durres (5.8 km) - Amphitheater (7.2 km) - Airport (34 km) - Tirana (37 km) - Kavaja Rock (1 km)

The apartment is located in an area available to travel easily. It is 50 meters away the bus station to travel the city center and other destinations of the Durres city. It is 100 meters away the bus station to travel to the airport, the city of Tirana and other cities. It is 70 meters away the Taxi Station. Also, the apartment is located in a populated and quiet area, where they offer several different services such as coffees, restaurants, markets, etc. The apartment is located on the suburb of Durres and is known as the area “Plepa”. It is a very popular area to stay because of it's easy access to public transport, a quiet area, has a range of services close to it, is located very close to the sea, is covered with pine trees and poplar trees, etc. It is a favorite area for sportsmen, people who engage in sports activities for the climate that this area offers. Mornings and evenings bring an inspiring environment!!!
