Hello! My name is Mirela, a mountain guide. My family and I have a great deal of experience in tourism, especially mountain tourism and historical tourism. As certified mountain guides, we carry out small tours in the area, so that tourists can enjoy everything that our village has to offer. The property I am listing Bujtina Peshtan (Guesthouse and Camping) was built with the idea of creating something different and unique. Our guesthouse is surrounded by mountains and its nearby Vjosa river, the wildest river in Europe, which is now a National Park. We love nature and traditional things, and this is reflected in every detail of our property. An interesting fact is that the Italian-Greek war (World War II) took place in our village. We have created a museum with all the war objects collected in the village and in our expeditions in the mountains. This museum represents the history of our country, which nowadays is a tourist attraction. The positive feedback we receive from every guest who visits us keeps us motivated. We are very passionate about our work and welcome you to visit our guesthouse, you will not be disappointed!

Our Guesthouse was built with the idea of creating something different and unique. The view from the Guesthouse is very beautiful, surrounded by the mountains and the nearby Vjosa river, the wildest river in Europe. We love nature and traditional things and we have reflected this fact in every detail of our property. In our guesthouse you will find traditional food, fresh air and hospitality. Furthermore, here you can find a historical museum of the Second World War, full of objects from the Italo-Greek war. Guests can sleep in the guesthouse or can camp. We also have certified mountain guides who organize small beautiful tours in the area. Pets are welcomed at our guesthouse, but for hygiene measures, we do not not allow them indoors, but only outdoors since we have a big garden. In case you want to make the wonderful tour of Zagoria on your own, which starts from our village Peshtan, we facilitate the process by assisting you with reservations at other guesthouses in Limar, Kala, Hoshtevë, Doshnica and Sheper. Do not hesitate to explore one of the best hiking trails in our region! 🙂

The whole area has a beautiful view. There are many attractions around our guesthouse. You can visit the canyons at the Vjosa river; you can see the World War II Museum; you can see the historic Ottoman bridge built by Ali Pashe Tepelena in the 18th century, a first-class cultural monument; you can go hiking on Mount Golik with our certified guides; you can visit our old church at the village etc. Around the village there is the forest and a few kilometers away is the city. Our goal is to promote sustainable tourism in order to protect the environment.
