Near the “Pista Iliria” at Durres beach, apartment offers a spectacular view from its balcony to enjoy the mornings and sunset with a coffee or a drink. Tirana City is 38 km from the apartment, Durres city 15 km and Tirana International Mother Teresa Airport 32 km from the apartment. Our apartment is located in a 5 floor new building of 15 years without elevator, on the 4-rth floor. Designed and furnished to host families or friends in a complete holiday and feel at home.
Near the “Pista Iliria” at Durres beach. Its location makes possible to have every facility needed as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, bus station, free public parking near the property in the main street. The beach is in front of the building.
