Heaven Residence is located in the heart of Green Coast Resort which allows you to have a magnific sea view by staying a 3 minutes walk from the beach bars and restaurants. Inside you will find 2 modern rooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with full view of the Ionian sea! Also we recommend to enjoy our veranda when you will find a relaxing green space with a mountain view of Cika Mountain with its two peaks: Qorre peak and Cika peak, both over 2000m over the sea level. Near to the veranda is positioned a parking post where you can charge your car or buggy.

The Albanian Riviera is undoubtedly one of the most gorgeous areas in the country, with extraordinary natural beauties, crystal clear seawater, and magical beaches, with cultural and historical legacy and numerous other attractions, which offer a lot of exploration to be done. This area offers an unforgettable journey filled with surprises for everyone that visits. Close to the Residence you will find the National Park 🏞 of Llogora ( for 25 minutes driving), on the other direction you can visit old village which has characteristic buildings and hidden waterfalls. Parachute center, water sports center.
